4 Minute Abs Workout - Plank TABATA

I hope you join me in this 4 minute TABATA workout.
This one is for Abs and is a Plank workout so there is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each exercise.
There are 4 exercises and 2 rounds for a total of 4 minutes
- Exercise 1: Hold Plank
- Exercise 2: Up & Down on Elbows
- Exercise 3: Side to Side Hip Dips
- Exercise 4: Plank Leg Lifts
I have tried to keep my workouts short so that if you are a beginner you can start with 1 and you can build up your fitness level before watching two together as you progress.
There is no long intro or instructions so that the video is kept short. I do add music but there is no talking, all exercises are listed on the screen as well as a countdown.
There is no warm up so that you can use the workouts back to back so please make sure you do some stretching and a light warm up before you start.
