I hope you will join me in these 4 minute TABATA workouts:

 I like to have fun while I keep fit and I hope you do too. I don’t mind laughing at myself which is good because my balance isn’t perfect and I wobble!

I have tried to keep my workouts short so that if you are a beginner you can start with 1 and you can build up your fitness level before watching two together as you progress.

There is no long intro or instructions so that the video is kept short. I do add music but there is no talking, all exercises are listed on the screen as well as a countdown.

As these are TABATA workouts, you will do 20 seconds of work and will have 10 seconds of rest for each exercise.

There is no warm up so that you can use the workouts back to back so please make sure you do some stretching and a light warm up before you start.

I will be adding more videos and different types of workouts including a warm up and cool down so stay tuned…

4 Minute Bodyweight TABATA (No Warmup):

  • Squats
  • Squat Jumps
  • Fast Feet

4 Minute Bodyweight TABATA With Weights (No Warmup):

  • Reverse Lunges
  • Lunge Jumps
  • Pressups
  • Mountain Climbers

4 Minute Bodyweight TABATA (No Warmup):

  • High Knees
  • Squat Pulses
  • High Knee Skips
  • Squat Holds
